The Real Economic Society is the non-profit global institution behind Economic Realism, the emerging school of economic thought that is the logical successor to the current Neo-classical Economics.

Economic Realism is committed to the concept of homo sapiens as guardians of Earth's ecology, whose robust health is pre-requisite to humanity's continued survival.

We are committed to the reorientation of homo sapiens toward Earth ecological symbiosis, and away from the ecologically ablative and exploitative surplus wealth imperative that governs human values and behaviours in the present.
