➡️ Men today are weaker than ever, they're lost, chasing cheap thrills, avoiding discomfort, depressed and unhealthy. Many grew up without a positive male influence in their life, so they never had anyone to seek help from. No-one taught them how to process their emotions after a breakup, how to tie a tie or how to get in shape. The sad thing is, a lot of men bottle in their frustrations and many resort to taking their own life.
