The content of the videos might include sometimes more information about running, personal experience, and somehow sport's statistics. I hold a PhD Degree in education and I am experienced in running, training, and athletics in general.

I am also passionate about the human-being's effort to improve our mental and physical health in anywhere. In addition, this channel might bring a strong criticism sometimes to what is happening behind the seen or in the front of it!
